Fiona Kerr Jewellery can be purchased at a number of outlets both nationally and internationally, and from exhibitions and craft fairs, as listed.

Alternatively, you can place an order directly by using the downloadable order form and pricelist. A trade pricelist for retail buyers is available on request.

Postage

The price of postage is based on sales within the U.K. using Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed delivery and insured against loss or damage).  Costs for international shipment are considered on a case-by-case basis, please contact me for a quote.

Delivery times

If the item of jewellery is in stock it will be despatched within 2 – 3 working days.  If the item is temporarily out of stock I will contact you to with an expected delivery date.

Payment methods

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cheques and Postal Order.

Payment is required ahead of despatching the jewellery, but if for any reason you are unhappy when you receive it, and providing the item has not been worn, a full refund will be provided upon safely receiving the returned items.  Please include receipt for return postage which will be refunded.
